Lafete and Frill&Frock Tea Party

Marlise & Nicola asked me to design a floral invite for a dress & tea party they're hosting at Lafete. Marlise makes and designs the prettiest dresses and Nicola makes the most delightful treats, perfect combination!

Ernst & Christine's Save-The-Date!

The background is some of their floral material their going to use at their wedding, with lace and buttons draped on top of it. Took photo's of it and then I designed the rest onto the photo we took of the floral material, lace & buttons...lots of fun!

Stephan word 1

Jeanne-Marié asked me to design an invitation for their youngest son's first birthday. The theme is 'monkey' because, like she said it: 'want hy is mos mamms se ou apie!' And their kids also like to watch Waybuloo, Stephan's sister said that he looks like the monkey in the program, so we just had to bring it into the design! And don't worry, he is the cutest, most beautiful baby you've ever seen! (just to reassure you after all this monkey-talk) :)

Promotional gift for Lizelle Lotter

As promised, here is the finished work of the last design work for Lizelle. She wanted something special and lasting to give to her clients after they booked photography shoots with her. So I brainstormed and came up with the idea of a shopper bag nicely designed! I walked around in Stellenbosch until I found the perfect tree to draw. So when we were happy with the tree, it got screenprinted on this 100% cotton shopper bag with her website, and then Lizelle's logo was embroidered onto bag. What an awesome project this was!! Thank you Lizelle, was such a blessing working with you!! :) So...if you want one of these, go book a shoot with Lizelle Lotter!

Anabelle is an amazing, friendly, fun girl who grew up in Paarl, but is working and staying in Singapore, where she met her to-be-husband, Marius. She asked me to design their wedding stationary and I am so very excited about it!! All I am saying is protea flowers, patterns, love letters, vintage greys = creativity meets beauty:) So, yes my fingers are itching to start illustrating...

Vanessa, from the Platteland Piketberg, contacted me very excitedly and asked if I will design her logo, watermark for photos, header for site and a blogsite. She loves photography and has an awesome frame shop in Piketberg, she loves without holding back and you just feel at home and welcome immediately with her. This is quite a big project and I'm enjoying every second of it!! Thank you Vanessa, I'm super excited with you! :)

Lizelle Lotter thank-you-booklet

This is what I've been up to and why I haven't been posting so much lately...it is an 8page booklet, was hard work, but I can't put in words how much fun I had with this! Lizelle is amazing and it is such an adventure and blessing to be working with her! I'm busy printing the booklet and can't wait to show the printed & binded version! After this, there's still a project filled with fun and design for Lizelle...so keep peeping:)
